Privacy Policy
Effective July 2026
Arrath is an AI-native marketing agency. This policy explains what information we collect when you get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because our data practices are short.
Information we collect
Arrath collects only the information you choose to give us. When you reach out through the contact form on arrath.com, we collect:
- Name — so we know who we are talking to.
- Email address — so we can reply to your inquiry.
- Message — the details of what you are asking about.
How we use your information
We use the information from the contact form for a single purpose: responding to your inquiry and following up on the conversation you started. We do not use it for automated profiling, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
We do not sell your data
Arrath does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — such as our email and hosting infrastructure — and only to the extent needed to reply to you. Those providers are bound to handle your data confidentially.
Cookies and analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where traffic comes from. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually. Any cookies we set are limited to keeping the site functioning and measuring aggregate usage; you can block or clear them through your browser settings at any time.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a record of our correspondence. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your privacy requests
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email info@arrath.com and we will respond promptly.
